2. SCHEDULE MEETING
We will discuss the project to understand the basic scope of work and your goals, then schedule time to meet in person.
We will meet on site and walk through the project and gather information needed to develop a proposal. We will ask questions about what your concerns are and issues you'd like to see remedied. We will discuss your budget, ideas, and options within your budget.
4. PRELIMINARY DESIGN/PLAN
As needed, we will develop a preliminary design or plan based on budget and ideas discussed in the meeting. We will contact you to discuss the design/plan, and you want to move forward, we will develop an estimate.
5. SCHEDULE WORK
Once you are ready to move forward, we will order and purchase materials and place your project on the schedule. We collect a deposit to secure materials at this step and then invoice payments over the course of the project. You are invited to be involved with the process, including selecting specific plants at the nursery and reviewing your plant options.
6. COMPLETE WORK
Once materials arrive and your project is ready, we will contact you to work out day-to-day coordination of site work, staging materials and details of execution. We generally work 7:30am to 3:00 pm depending on the weather. Through construction we do our best to accommodate field change requests to keep you happy with the outcome.
7. FINALIZATION & WALKTHROUGH
Our final step includes watering plants/sod and testing the Irrigation system. Then we walk through the project with you and show you how things work (irrigation clock, landscape lighting) and teach you to use any equipment. We will also cover any care and maintenance expectations for products. If you are fully satisfied, you may sign for the work and then final invoicing occurs.
If there were any change orders, they are added to the final invoice. We invoice online and there is a financing option available through our program.
